This is my first post for this thing they called 'photo haunt" and the theme is "different".Well, you will maybe wonder why i choose to post the snow picture of our front yard which i took last Wednesday. As you can see in the picture, our front yard was covered with a snow. it is indeed different for me because in my three years of stay here in Denton Texas, that was the first time ever we have this much of snow. It was so different from previous years for last Wednesday the snow reaches to 6 inches. it was really too much.unlike the other years, the snow was just enough to make our front yard white. This make the pictures different for me. Indeed, one of the unforgettable moment I have here in Texas.

Oh lalala,kadaghan ba aning snow.Here in Paris,we didn't have snow this year,I don'tknow why.I wanted to have it just for a day in a year and stop.I just hate it especially when travelling.I was so afraid before at the road.

that is one of my dreams - to see snow!
I live in north Florida and the last time we had substantial (at least substantial for this area) snowfall was back just before Christmas of 1989. My wife and I had gotten out of town along the Interstate (I-10) only hours before they shut it down almost all the way to New Orleans. And that was only for a couple of inches of snow.
At least you don't have to put up with periodic hurricanes. :-)

That is different for Texas. It was funny though, we went to the Dallas area last year in April to go boating, etc. and it ended up snowing. My nieces and nephews there hadn't seen snow ever so it was a blast for them. I, being from Utah, had seen enough. LOL! Thanks for stopping by :)

Thant snow is awesome! I am jealous, I live in ft.worth and we got just a little bit of that snow. By the next day it was gone. I agree with the different kind of weather for North Texas! GOOD JOB!
I have never associated snow with Texas - but that is La Nina doing her thing. Different alright.
